Update on my experience with Cadlights:
I spoke with Eddie today and asked for an update on my order status. He said it shipped yesterday and it's on the way. I asked why I didn't receive confirmation and I was told that they were concentrating on sending out orders and then sending confirmation/tracking info. the next day. With that said, I then asked for my tracking # which he provided. He then apologized for the delay again and reassured me that it was due to them switching out recent orders with the artisan II series. Also, he told me it WAS going to ship this passed Monday but when they double checked my order, they noticed that it was missing the glass cover that I asked them to make for me. Thank goodness!
So far, despite the 1 week delay, with Cadlights automatically upgrading me to the Artisan II series and finding out my custom glass cover was missing before they shipped my order, I am very pleased! Yes, some of my emails were never returned and I had to call 3X before getting Eddie or the lady working there also(didn't catch the name), but when I did get Eddie, he answered every question that I had while being patient, professional, and enthusiastic. To me, he always seems excited to talk about their products.
Everything is scheduled to arrive on 03/26 and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I spoke with fedex to arrange delivery and asked if a note can be made that it is glass and very fragile and to handle with care. I see soon enough if they listened...
