in everyones opinion wat is the best cal and alk suppliment?

Limewater if you are trying to replace both at once. Two Part supplement system if you are adding one or more than the other one. Water Changes if things are just too far out of whack. Commercially made 2 Part systems like B-Ionic are more pure but cost a lot. While Randy's 2-Part is slightly less pure, but drastically cheaper to make.

Calcium reactor + Limewater, plus something like B-Ionic to correct any weird shifts should they happen. But watching the magnesium is also important.
