Calcium Reactor for sale

I have an Aquatic Systems Design Calcium Reactor for sale. It is the model 6x18. Has an Eheim circulation pump. Bubble Counter tower built in and also a pressure relief valve on top to bleed out any air at top of reactor when filling. Has a pH probe port on top. There is an acrylic stand inside the reactor with a mesh plastic disc for the calcium media to sit on. The effluent line has a built in needle valve to adjust your drip rate. It runs like brand new, because I just took apart the Eheim pump and totally cleaned it, and replaced both of the Uni-Seal gaskets with new ones on the reactor. Basically runs like brand new now. New hoses for water and airline included. You now just need a feed pump like a MJ900 and a CO2 tank/regulator and you're ready to roll. This reactor was bought at Memfish and uses standard parts that he sells like uni-seals, and 1/4" PVC piping from Lowes. I have replaced everything to new, but down the road, its nice to know you can easily fix things from local sources. If you need help setting it up or a better understanding of how it works, runs, and works with your aquarium, I would be glad to walk you through it and help you set it up.

Asking $200.

6x18 should be the diameter of the reactor (6") and the height of the reactor (18"). Not sure what the footprint is.

Wouldn't it be great if someone had a great deal on a CO2 tank and regulator to go with Jay's calcium reactor.......hey wait.....I do :) see my post.

That is correct, I had a brain freeze. I was thinking footprint of the chamber. I will have to measure overall dimensions because it is larger than 6x18 when you also count in the PVC pipes and the pump, and baseplate.

Do you think this reactor could be tuned low enough to run a 20 gallon tank? Top off with kalkwater isn't quite cutting it anymore.

I had a couple of people ask why I am selling. This is not my current calcium reactor. I put a GEO reactor on my new tank, and this one I am selling is my old one that was sitting in the corner. I replaced the old parts with new ones to make it worth selling. It's a great reactor!
