if i remember right you are trying to get to a 6.7 to 6.9 affluent out put from the reactor

If you want your tanks KH to be say 8DKH then you would start with an efflueant of around 24DKH coming from the reactor, As it takes about 3 x the level to maintain your tank at 8 DKH. Due to your tanks demand this could vary either up or down depends on how much demand you have.

Make small adjustments and be patient, it takes a while to get the hang of how to dial it in, once you're set it's sweet, I checked my tank daily when setting it up to avoid overshooting, took a couple days of tweaking to get it setup.
