calcium reactor?

i can see that calcium reactors help stabalize the calcium levels in the tank, would it benefit me to get a calcium reactor for my 45g. And if so is the coralife even worth looking at? i have herd bad things from people at pet store near my house, but it is quite possible they have no idea what they are talking about, consdering the condition of there tanks. Any help would be appreciated

I would only use a calcium reactor if you have enough demand in the tank to support it. Like a dedicated sps tank. If not, a 2-part suppliment would probably be better for your application.
