calcium worms?

Hi there

I have pretty much daily, maybe about 100 tiny little white worms on the aquarium glass each day. They look like small bits of salt stuck to the glass.

I thought it was just too much calcium in the water column or some other tank out of balance issue causing this. Then my lfs said they might be calcium worms. I looked closer and in fact they are moving on the glass, so they are not just salt, or calcium or something like that

I can just scrape them off every day but was wondering if there is a "water parameters out of balance" problem or some other solution to get rid of these.

thank you.....

btw I looked all over this site and all over the internet and can't find anything about this.

Probably mini-tube worms like HighlandReefer said. Thats a sign that your tank is established :)
They're probably something thats just taking in the calcium because you may have too much in there if they're thriving like that.
