Calibrating GHL Stand Alone Doser

So, I went to calibrate my new Profilux Doser (3-pump stand alone), and all 3 pumps are dosing ~53ml per minute. I know they're supposed to do approx. 60, and wanted to make sure this wasn't completely out of range.

Also, I haven't mounted it in it's final spot, I'm assuming I should recalibrate once it's in the final spot with the appropriate amount of tubing and liquid running through?

yes this is normal, you need to calibrate the pump. If it is dosing 53ml a minute then input this into the calibration settings and the pump will adjust itself from there.

I calibrate my pumps using a 60 cc syringe like this:

I set a schedule for the doser to pump for 1 min, bleed the line, connect the line to the syringe tip and remove the plunger... it gives me a precise reading on the graduated marks
