Calibrating Pinpoint pH Monitor

Hello,

I purchased a Pinpoint pH Monitor from your website and am trying to calibrate it. I followed the instructions but ran into some trouble when I tried to adjust the 4 10 dial. The monitor was unresponsive so I let it sit for a couple minutes in the solution however it still did not adjust. Have I made an error or is the device faulty?

Thanks for your post, I recommend that you go over the calibrations instructions again to make sure that you didn't miss anything... please see the attached link http://www.marinedepot.com/IMD/UserManuals/AM1111.pdf
