Calling all Retro T5 wiring guru's......

I bought an 8x54w LET retro T5 kit. I followed the diagrams on the ballasts to the "T" and 3 out of the 4 ballasts/end caps that I wired aren't working. The bulbs flash and turn off. The 4th ballast/end caps are working just fine. Any suggestions?

I'm working on a 2 bulb/led hybrid fixture. I followed the diagram but nothing turns on. Not sure where to start looking. Help!!!
