ok im having the hardest time figuring out what fish to add to my 75 g reef display. i house alot of expensive acans and other high end sps and lps. i target feed alot of them frequently (mysis, squid, cyclo, etc). well im nervous about fish picking at coral, especially when they are eating. given most fish love bits of meaty food. and id like to go with fish that are alittle more unusual. i currently have no fish and can work from a clean slate. any suggestions on what would be a good fit for my circumstances?

Is your sand bed deep enough for pearly jawfish? They are wonderful...shrimp/goby pairs will not hurt your corals. These are great fish, but you do then commit yourself to a fairly gentle tank. A fire fish would be good with them... Clown gobies will cause some die off in sps if they breed...and they do wear little nests in their favorite places, so if very fussy, you probably should give them a pass. No wrasses, no little angels...what a wonderful task! Enjoy!

Royal Grammas, Pseudochromis, Anthias and there are some unsual and non-feisty damsels - These fish don't do much picking and pull their food from the water column.

A mated pair of Banggai cardinals, they will probably even make little banggai babies if there are no predators in there :) Then you can sell or trade the babies for corals!
A Marine betta would also be sweet in that kind of a tank! A very calm and mysterious fish...
