Camel Shrimp Sex?

I've had a camel shrimp in my tank for about 8 or 9 months, i recentl heard they do better in groups. So today i got another one to keep it company. Lo and behold after an hour i saw both of em perched on the back of a rock, hanging out practically on top of each other. The new one is half the size of the old one, is there a way of telling if maybe one is female and the other male? Not that im looking at breeding but they must really like each other.... anyone else have experience in keeping pairs or groups of these guys?

The males have big claws and a few other larger features. I'll try to dig out a good figure from a paper. I think it's online.
