Just curious as to what everybody is using for their tank shots.

Camera(s) and Lens(es), Filter(s) etc.

Myself i use a Nikon D80, and my D300 should be here today.

I shoot primarily with a Tamron 90mm lens, and ocasionally my sigma 150mm. Rarely, i will use extention tubes, and a 10x closeup filter for those super macro shots.

Nikon D3.

For Macros: 105VR, TC1.5, TC2.0, M2, Nightsea filter & excitation flash/light (obviously not all at once).
FTS: 24-70

You gotta love the Nightsea gear!

Canon 20D.
Canon 100mm/f2.8 macro.
Canon MP-E 65mm macro.
Extension tubes.
Flashes.
Etc.

Isn't that the truth? That's some good stuff right there!

Canon 20D, EF 28-135IS f/3.5-5.6, EF 70 - 200 f/4L IS, 580 EX flash. I'm getting rid of the EF 28-135 IS and geting a 24-70 f/2.8L. I am not really impresed withthe 28-135IS. The L series lenses blow just about everything else away as far as color and contast. You just can't beat UD and Flourite glass. I'm also looking at picking up a high end set of filters(circular polarizer, Neutral density and contrast) probably B+W or Formatt.

Nikkor 105mm Marco F2.8 VR
Nikkor 85mm F1.4

Depends on what I am shooting.

Lately, using the D3 with a 105mm macro and extension tubes. Sometimes use flash units, have DB800 and couple of studio strobes.

Been playing a bit using the 24-70mm with top down shots.
