You need to give the pumps at least 15 minutes between turning on and off and they will click every time they start. The longer the delay the better as it is hard on the pumps. Wavemakers work OK with impeller pumps because most impellers work spinning either direction, prop pumps only work spinning one direction and a mechanical system is used on synchronous pumps to accomplish this and this system will be damaged by frequent starts and stops. Pumps like our 6055 that are electronic have an electronic direction control so they can handle more frequent switching without wearing out mechanical parts.
