Can 6201 be slowed down with 15v jumper??

Can the 6201 pumps be slowed down with the 15v jumper? I dont see any external jump on the power supply like the 6101, is it inside or just not feauted?

The 6201 and 6301 power supply are one in the same and do not have a jumper. The only way to slow this pump down is with the white knob, or with a controller.
