Can 7095 control WaveBox?

Yes, but the wavebox must have the 6091 controller that is included, this controller can be connected to the 7095.

I understand that 6091 controller controls wavebox, and it has a slave line, which can be connected to 7095 controller to make it possible to work them together, though, I don't sea the point.
I was wonderring, can the 7095 controller be connected to wavewbox and make the necessary oscilations of water in the tank without 6091 controller, or it is not an option.

It is not an option. The only purpose to connect the 6091 to the 7095 is to turn off the wavebox for a period of time while only the Streams run.
