can a anemone live with
2 clarkii clowns
1 blue spotted puffer
1 atlantic blue tang
1 flame angle
1 white cheek tang
1 aussie tusk
1 chalk bass

The puffer may try and get into it, but it should be ok. Just make sure your lighting is good and your tank is mature with perfect water quality.

There are a lot of variables here. What type of anemone are we talking about? One could assume that the list would be fine but if the anemone in question is a S. Haddoni then any of the fish that happen get curious could very well become snacks.

hatian reef anemone or a carpet anemone

There are three types of "carpet" anemones. The one that is usually found most prevolently is the S. Haddoni that I refered to earlier. I believe that condys (haitian reef anemone) are also also known for munching on fish but I could be wrong about that. Haddoni's I know from first hand experience that it doesn't matter the size of the fish. If it senses that something is on it's tentiles regardless of size it WILL get eaten. Mine has tasted little 2" chromis, 3.5" anthias and up to a 4.5" Copperband.

Gigs are one of the more difficult hosting anemones to keep -- they are awful shippers and have a terrible track record. If this is your first time keeping an anemone, I would suggest looking for an easier/hardier species.

Also, what size tank?
what lights?
What do you have for filtration?
How long has the tank been set up?
What are your water parameters -- with numbers.

ok would it kill the puffer because if the anemone dies I dont care as much as if the puffer dies

You should care if any of your livestock dies.

I do care if any of my live stock dies but the puffer is my favorate fish I am getting
it is 135 gallons
lighting if a anemone I like is compadible with my other fish I will probibly get some sort of led lighting
filtration protien skimmer,29 gallon 1100 gallon per hour sump and a fluval 305
only about a month not planing on getting it now planning on getting it in about a year or 2 to host my clowns

Think you need to decide if you want a FOWLR or a reef tank. I personally wouldn't trust any puffer with an anemone.
