Can a Tunze be used to create surface aggitation?

I was thinking of replacing my two Seio 820s (one on each end pointed towards the surface for aggitation), with a Tunze.

I need to find a Tunze that I can point up towards the surface and strong enough to create aggitation over a 5 foot tank. Anyone have suggestions?

Heres a pic, the other side also has a Seio pointed in the same fashion.

Mine agitates the surface from almost 10" below the surface. I would get the 6010 with controller but the 6060 would be fine in your tank as well. Also, do yourself a favor and buy the magnet...the clamps suck.

The Stream would do it as cecilturtle said. Actually all of our powerheads would manage this.

I have seen these pumps pull at least a six inch vortex from the surfrace, so your answer is yes.
