Can any one identify what bugs are these

I have a relatively new 8 m old zeovit system going. Got many frags from wwc, dipped them and in the DT.
Most seems like they were growing as you can see from this pic and clip.
But past week this one just got bleached and today I see so many mites like things on this bleached coral.
They don't seem to have any red in them so not sure of this is red bugs.
They are a lot of them and moving relatively fast, not darting but moving fast.
Any one any idea what this is? And if I need to do something about it?

about the link I posted earlier: I strongly recommend to avoid using Dragonface Pipefish to control a pest.

You need a closer and clear picture for identification.

Red bugs live on the underside/shaded parts of living coral. I have never heard of them on dead skeletons before. If you have them, they will be on the stuff that is alive.

Im leaning more towards that those are some type of pods on the coral. Red bugs are flat and move very slow, once the coral died they would have moved on to the next coral or died off in your system. They only touch the smooth skinned acro's in my experience. I have used dr. G dip in tank to control a red bug outbreak. It will kill invertebrates like crabs and shrimp. I added a little air pump to keep oxygen level up from the die off. Red bug free after a day or 2
