Can anybody identify this on my swallowtail?

Looks like scales. Any suggestions?

It's a bump with what looks like dry flaking scales on it....no behavior change in the fish. Eating fine.

I have no other pics right now. It does kind of look like a tumor. Coincidentally (or maybe not) I had a Blue Throat trigger several months ago that developed a big tumor on his cheek and he ended up dying.

I'm had a couple of Anthias, out of 8, that developed swelling and scaling from their abdomens. The scales jutted out and looked fuzzy. Does your angels lesion look like that? If so, could be a bacterial infection. By the time I treated them they died the next day.
