Idk, that posting happened a few months ago too, same post, same store, same message, however a lot of people tried to get there or get in touch with the owner, but noone could, or at least a large group of people couldn't. I did catch the number of the owner, his name was Scott, the number was 561-504-8648. Noone picked up, but I didn't leave a message, but it was for Aquarium World or something to that effect, so it's legit. I would say leave a message and he'll call you back tomorrow with more details?

I went there today...Scott had left by the time I got there, but he was answering his phone when I called. No, it is not a prank...apparently there were some issues with the actual moveout date.

The livestock has been picked over pretty good, but there's still some left. There are tons of dry goods and such left...

It's heartbreaking that he's going out of business. Aquarium World had some of the most breathtaking livestock in South Florida.

I was there as well, unfortunately I walked out empty handed. Not much left after a few major stores went through the place.Very nice guys though. I would have liked to seen the place in its prime. Wish they would have stayed open.

what were you looking for that you didn't find? Corals are slim pickins, but plenty of fish, equipment out of the yin-yang, and about 1000 pounds of cured rock.

I thought this forum was mod'd by the FMAS officers, the RC mods pointed out they did not and they deleted it cause it was "spam".. thining about it I should have known.

I assure you it's legit though.

i would have loved to have seen it as well, but i tried to go 4 times, each time made a call, talked to someone, showed up and the door was locked and they would not let me inside, twice i saw someone inside that heard me knock on the door, when they wouldnt anwser i would call and they would no longer anwser the phone, maybe theres a legit. explanation. idk, i just never got to see inside and stopped trying after four somewhat aggravating attempts
