I know the pic is a bit large, but if I resize, you won't be able to see the reddish brown polyp looking thing, in the center of the pic...

All I see are:

a lot of nice coralline (at least 2 different kinds)
a tan tube worm/feather duster of some sort
I think a couple of typical red feather dusters with white tubes.

Nice Coraline algae.

Doubt its aptasia or any anemone for that matter by the picture. Looks like dark yellow polyps. Was that a picture with flash?

I think I see what you're talking about. Does it look kind of fuzzy? Kind of like a bunch of redish brown hairs a few millimeters long? If so, I have the same stuff in a couple spots in my tank. It's been there at least 3-4 months and doesn't seem to be any sort of pest. It gets outcompeted by just about everything, especially my anemone that brushes against it from time to time. It keeps coming back, though. It actually appears to have some sort of skeleton, but that generally isn't very visible unless it gets partially killed off by something.

They might be hydroids, but they also look like a Parazoanthus species, aka Yellow Polyp, maybe Parazoanthus axinella.

Check out some pictures of yellow polyp and hydroids online and see if you can get a good comparison.

for safety sake, I removed them... Thanks everyone for helping and sorry that I couldn't provide a better/clearer photo...
