Can anyone I.D. this damsel??

is that a variation of the "velvet damsel" ------I think thats the only damsel i have ever seen i liked(except if you count clowns and chromis) I had a black variation(with that blue edged keyhole) that used to kick my snowflake eels butt.

Hmm. I don't know just from your description--there are a handful that fit the category you describe.
