Can anyone ID these for me?

Hey guys, just had a question about these strange little guys that i uncovered today. They look like the usual pest anemone but they are neon green in the middle.

What do you think?

From your description they may be mejano but that picture isnt close to good enough its super blurry

If they look like it they likely are pest anemones.

Though a better picture is needed to make a clear ID.
