Can anyone ID this algae

Thanks in advance, I have this algae growing and am having trouble identifying it, please see photos.
It is very tough and I literally need a scrub brush to get it off, it also feels like a mix of hair and slime algae.
If anyone knows what it is, could they recommend a way to remove/eliminate the growth ?

Can you be a little clearer picture. It looks like slime to me looking on my phone.

Use a toothbrush and a bit of peroxide.
It looks like bacterial slime to me too.
