Can Anyone ID this?

Saw this honeycomb patterned fish at shore off the reef in Belize. Sort of juvenile puffer like but sort of goby like. Orangeish eyes.

Checkered pufferfish. They don't get much further south than belize. Cool thing is they are not reef fish. They stay by shore in the grasses.
