Can anyone in the B'ham area drill a 40 tank?

Hey i tried to get someone to drill down here and it turned out to be easier to do it yourself.

It is. And the drill bits are only $9 off e-bay, so its not even worth the gas to drive to have it done. We did it ourselves and it is really isn't hard at all. Watch a couple youtube videos to refresh yourself.
