Can Clowns fight off Brook or do they need help?

I was wondering can clowns fight off this disease with out us helping them? Or is it required we help them?

they need immediate help. brook is fought with formalin dips. do a search on brook treatment, and make sure to oxygenate the dip as formalin rapidly depletes o2 levels.
