Can Different Tangs Breed?

I have a Sailfin tang,Yellow Tang, and a Blue Tang, over the past month my sailfin tang has gotten extremely large, the belly has blown up to about twice its size. It eats normally.

Im just curious if its possible, if anyone has ever heard of this please let me know

Doubtful, and in any case, the larvae won't survive. There's a breeders forum that might have more information, if you want to do some research.

i know that the scripps aquarium in San Diego has a hybrid of two different clowns pretty cool when i was doen there last they were about a inch and a half

Some can create hybrids, yes. Tangs will rarely ever display breeding behavior in captivity though. They need deep water and conditions we just can't reproduce in our little aquariums. I am aware of some zebrasoma hybrids discovered in the wild (and sold in the trade) but I don't think that what you are seeing is a pregnant fish. How long have you had the fish. Tangs should be quite fat. When you look at them they should be convex with the head being narrower than the body. They should have a 'full' stomach. Could be that yours has simply come into good condition this last month and attained a normal healthy body condition.

PS. I hate to be the tang police ( I really do ), but you have too many tangs for a 75 gal aquarium. The sailfin and blue tangs get absolutely huge (1 foot long ++++). Think about trading them back in for fish more suited to a 75 gal.

ive had the sailfin tang for about 2 to 3 months, its about 3 inches long, but the belly has gotten about an inch wider.

and on the tank size, im thinking about getting an 125 gallon, is that reasonably sized?
