can i borrow empty bins

so iwas drilling my 55 today for a sump for my new 125 when this happened

i was wondering if anyone on the east side had some empty rubbermaid bins i could borrow for the transfer

Looks tempered to me... I have heard that some 55s have all sides tempered. If it wasn't tempered it would just crack into large triangles.

That stinks that you lost the tank but at least you didn't try to do it with water in it.

You could grab a 50g rubbermaid or even a 100g for $50-$75 AT Tractor Supply if nobody has something for you. You could also just use a bin instead of the tank if it is a basement sump.

That stinks... Every 55g tank I've ever owned has been tempered on ALL sides.

if it was a older perfecto 55 it is tempered on all sides !!!!! Kaboom ....how do i know I did it to first tank ever drilled ...lol
