Can I get an arabian pseudo in my tank? Or Hawkfish?

I currently have an 80gal with a blue tang, purple firefish, royal gramma, and midas blenny. Would I have any problems if I add the arabian? Also, if I added a hawkfish in my tank would it eat my peppermint shrimp and cleaner shrimp? Thanks!

Make sure to grow out your shrimp, or buy big ones 1st and add the hawk fish last. Add the smallest hawkfish you can find.

Gisho has alot of cleaner shrimp in his 270g and neither his full grown hawk or flame hawk bother a thing.

The hawk will eat both shrimp. I think the pseudo will be find.

I have the abrabian pseudo in my tank for almost 2 years. I got him when he was 3/4" and now he is approx 3". I have peppermint shrimp in the tank along with cleaner shrimp, he did not touch either one of them. As long as you are not going to add another pseudo in the tank later. Couple weeks ago i try to add the oblique psuedo in the tank, my abrabian almost kill it.

I had an arabian and haf to take it out because any fish I add it attacked it. I would add all your other fish before the arabian

I believe the size of the tank plays a huge role when it comes to arabians. I've heard stories of them gutting other fish... in smaller tanks if I remember correctly.

I've got an arabian as well as a purple fredimani in my 72G bowfront and they get along just fine. I haven't seen him bother any fish in the tank which include a yellow tang, purple anthias, small green chromis, and a few other small fish.

I wouldn't add an Arabian Pseudo...those guys get real nasty over time. Unless, you have a pretty good size tank, then my guess is that he's going to harrass your Royal Gramma.

As far as the Flame Hawk is concerned, I had Flame Hawk's in my systems for years and years and I have never seen any one of them bother the cleaner or fire shrimps. Currently, I have a pair of Flames and both shrimps in a 135 gallon tank with for over a year now with no problems.
