Can I get this frag to color?

I decided to pick up this brown frag from my lfs to see if I can get it to Color up. What exactly is it? It was about three feet under a 250 watt MH. I've got an Acan 24B led fixture. It's at the bottom of my tank (29 gallon standard). When should I move it up? Thanks.

It's Acropora but there's not enough Acropora there to identify what species.

Thank you! It's starting to color up... Getting more purple tips and parts are turning green. I'll post an updated picture in a month or so when there's more to see.

Ok. It's been four months and this acro has been growing. I think it's a deep water? Sorry for the photo quality, I need to get a macro lens for my camera.

Maybe A. austera if it keeps growing those horizontal branches like that.
