Can i have another tang?

I have a yellow tang and a juv blue tang,cromis,blue damsel,mandarin fish,chalk basslet,royal gamma,a clown fish(osc) and a black molly(come from fresh water tank). So to my question can i have a brown powder tang..... i have a line on one from japan for 24 bucks. buy it or not?

In your 240 gallon tank? Yea, watch out for the other tangs to show aggressivness twards him though. Also I would qt him and acclimate him good before putting him into the tank because they aren't hardy.

ya my 240 tank ok iwas told no smaller than 280 gallons but i figured i pushin it close so. I ussually QT for 4 weeks and feed nori and my coral munch but thnx alot for a quick reply.

A 240 gallon tank can house 3 tangs without a problem. The other problem I see is the tangs you have now picking on him.

yeah should be fine, just watch out that the other tangs don't pick on him
