Can I keep a haddons carpet anemone under t5s

Can I keep a had dons carpet anemone under 234 watts or t5 with individual reflectors half way up the aquarium and will two black and white os host in it

If not how many watt hetal halide would I need the tank is 21 inches deep

It should be alright. I have 1 under 2x250w halides, and it seems to like to corner away from the light at the bottom. Start by putting it by the bottom, it'll move to where it wants
It'll benefit from feedings too.
