Can I put 4 fish in 10 Gal QT?

I noticed a white bump on my Bangaii Cardinal last night. It has something murky white on one of its pectoral fins and it has a white bump (like a grain of salt) (probably ich) on one of its sides.

I just bought a flame angel that is in the QT tank. I typically treat my fish with Prazipro for a week, then chloroquine phosphate for 2 weeks, and maybe a broad spectrum antibiotic if I see any need.

Can I put 1 new Flame Angel, 1 yellow clown goby, and 2 Bangaii Cardinals in a 10 Gal QT tank at the same time?

I'd like to put them all in the same QT tank and leave my DT fishless for 8 weeks. I can buy a second 10 Gal QT tank if need be, but I don't want to if it's not necessary.

Thanks for any help.

After a little more research it doesn't look like ich. It's a single bump and it's larger than ich. Maybe Lymphocyctis. I'll see if I can get a picture tonight.

I haven't added any unquarantined fish, but I didn't use any preventative medication when I quarantined the Cardinals. I've had them since Sept. 30, 2014.

Have you added anything at all, corals, inverts, LR? Try to post a pic, I'm sure the fish will sit still...they always do;)

The cardinal looks better. The white bump is gone but there is still some cloudiness on one of his fins. But now my goby looks like he went through the VorTech pump. He was fine last night and now he looks like this. Maybe a bacterial infection?

Newsmyrna80 - I'm adding corals pretty regularly and I did get a lucky shot of the fin.

What do ya'll think?

Could very well be a bacterial infection. Unfortunately something could have been brought in on a coral. Do you have any antibiotics on hand and a QT?
How are they eating, breathing, swimming?

Eating, Breathing, and swimming fine. I put the goby in my 10 Gal QT tank with my new flame angel and began treating them with chloroquine phosphate and Seachem's KanaPlex.

I'll let you know how it goes.

I lost my Flame Angel yesterday in QT / Prazipro procedure. I think my mistake was not to provide enough oxygen, fresh water. Make sure you have very clean water, plenty of oxygen by having a good powerhead breaking the surface of water and also an airstone. Don't let the ammonia rise at all. Flames are very delicate. Hope it helps.

All the fish have been in the QT for 2 weeks now. The cardinals and the goby look better and are eating OK (not like they did in the DT, but OK). The flame ate great the first day I got it but hasn't eaten much since. It has had 2 spots on it's side for a couple weeks now. The spots are getting bigger. I've treated the QT tank with chloroquine phosphate and seachem kanaplex. I've done big water changes the last 3 days and just started a treatment of Prazipro. I think these spots are lymphocystis. What do ya'll think? Any suggestions?
