Can I put Candy Cane in high flow?

Being an ignorant new reefer, I didn't realize how fast my zoos and softies would grow under the right condition.

My yellow polyps are now almost touching my candy cane. The only place I really have is in pretty high flow.

I tried to put an xenia there but it was getting blown around to much. Where the candy cane is harder will it be ok in higher flow? It is also doing very well and I want to keep it that way.

It's okay to have it in high flow, just don't have it in direct flow.
