a maroon yellow stripe clown small a six line wrasse small a mandarin and yellow blue spot goby and a helfrichi firefish i have most already wanna get clown and firefish can i put the two with the three i have???? its a 37 gallon reef

Is the mandarin eating prepared foods? If not it won't survive in the tank very long.

The six line will do just fine. It will also compete against a mandarin for food.

The maroon clowns are crazy mean and aggressive it will use every bit of that tank as its territory. Consider a different species.

Firefish would be fine but you will need to make sure the tank is covered or it will jump out.

I am asking that your two Fish Related threads be move to Reef Fish where they will get more responses than in Equipment

Eventually the maroon will probably start picking off your other fish in that size of a tank. I would recommend getting a less aggressive species of clown. The mandarin probably wouldn't work long term, either. Maybe check out a royal gramma instead?

Well, a sixline wrasse has a high probability of intimidating your firefish to the firefish's eventual demise. Maroon clown is very ornery. And finally, unless you have a productive refugium the mandarin will starve to death, especially competing with a sixline for copepods.

I have a Helfrichi in my 37 gallon. It looks great. I also have a tailspot blenny, very cool but not super colorful. As the others have said, the maroons are mean. You could do a pair for ocellaris or percula clowns though.

I've got a six line and firefish in my NC28. Both have done great together, the six line doesn't ever pay any attention to him.

I think in that sized tank, you'd be wise to create your stock list around a single favorite fish that is suitable for your tank size.

If it were me, I might do a single tankbred ocellaris clown with a shrimp goby/pistol shrimp combo and maybe a royal gramma and a neon goby.
