Can I Revive/Coral Rx dip an elegance coral?

I've always wanted one, but am afraid of introducing parasites. I just got done treating my tank for AEFW. Everything is doing great as of now. Looking to add a few things. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I jsut got mines today and I use coral RX on the Coral. But you should put it on a holding tank for 2 weeks and observe it. They are very hardy as I had them before.
