Can I see the lighting on your FOWLR tanks?

Looking to get ideas of aquascaping but more importantly LIGHTING!

I am torn between a few different ideas:

2-3 T5 bulbs
2-3 VHO bulbs
2x150w MH (14K)
2x70w MH (14K)


Maybe if I see some tanks with different lighting setups I would have a better idea of what I want to do.
