Can I touch my mini carpet with bare hands?

I do, but I don't have sensitive skin. One tip, only the tentacles sting. The back side is safe. But if you're worried, just wear rubber gloves. :)

I think the answer is, "yes". No problem post-touching them. Here are some pix about 30 minutes after placement:

I would be concerned about them sticking to your bare hands (( granted, I only have experience with S. Haddoni )). I know that my Haddonis are like Velcro, in addition I (( after 10+ years of no issues )) started having a reaction to the stings -- my hand itches, and swells up.
