Can i use Tri-heart plus(ivermectin/pyrantel) to kill red bugs?

this is the heart worm medication my dad has for our dogs, i read one thread that it works but want to know if anyone else has had sucess using it, i just found some red bugs so i'd like to treat them asap if i can

i dont know about that stuff but i just used interceptor as it was the first time i have ever got red bugs and i must say it worked great

I've heard of a few people using Ivermectin to treat red bugs, but whose knows what effect pyrantal (generally used to treat roundworms and other parasites) and any other additives might have on SPS.
