Can it be fixed?

I was tightening my drain from under tank and I heard a snap, now I can't get the PVC to come off like it's tripped even had a friend hold from up above while I turned under and nothing. It leaks so I have to take out and put new one. All livestock in buckets. What can I do? Anyone have this problem?

I have a spare bulk head fitting thats barbed

I think it will keep spinning. Held from above and turned below and it would turn somethimes but nothing happend just seemed to spin then would tighten up and couldn't turn at all without snapping some plastics parts off

The barb is out it's the nut on the bottom that's spins. I need to but a new one but first I need to see if I can even get the one out.
