Can Lawnmower Blennies OD??

I had a huge outbreak of hair algea, and my Lawnmower is eating a ton, I was wondering if it is possible that they can OD on hair algea. He actually looks freaking pregnant but is just eating an enormous amount of hair. Looks like he ate a marble!

lol thats normal....mines about 6 inches or so and he usually looks like he ate a golf ball
