Can LPS like Hammer, Frogspawn, Gonipora touch my Crocea Mantle?

Just wondering whether crocea clams tend to be annoyed by LPS corals swaying against their mantles. Not really growing over them but just being up against these corals. I have a crocea that's growing right into a big devils hand leather and seems not to mind in the least. Any experiences?

Hammers, Torch, Frogspawns, definetly not. They have a pretty powerful sting, and will damage the mantle.

Not sure about gonipora though..

I'm reading Knop's book on Giant clams and he says they are NOT susceptible to corals. Nevertheless I keep them away from my torch and Galaxia
