Can not access Apex Outlet Setup

I just got an Apex, and got it setup so its connected to my network and internet.

when i try to access the configuration->outlet setup the page stalls, and i can not configure my outlets. All the other pages work. I can access the outlet configuration from the display unit, but would like to program from my computer. can you guys please help?

edit: configuration -> profile setup also does not work

This happens to me too when using Firefox, but not at all with Internet Exploiter 8. With Firefox, usually a page refresh after a few seconds works.

my firefox wont open those pages no matter how many times i refresh. o well i guess i have to use IE for SOMETHING

Yep... On occasion Internet Exploder is good for something

I've found that sometimes like with IE9, compatibility mode solves the problem. Also, you can put Firefox in IE mode and that works as well.

I've noticed the same exact thing - but it didn't do this a month ago. I used Firefox to set everything up back in August, with no problems. Now, within the last 3-4 weeks, it's hit and miss with the outlet page. I haven't upgraded Firefox, haven't upgraded the Apex... anyone have a guess as to what is making this happen now all of a sudden?
