can only 1 fish have ich in a tank?

Is it possible for only one fish to have ich? My hippo has it and occasionally scratches. But my sailfin, percula and diamond goby are/ seem fine. Its been about a month like this! All eating well and very active. I have a naso that I got about 5 weeks ago in quarantine, would like to get him out of the small tank and into my large display! Just looking for thoughts as to what to do? Thanks

Possible for only fish to show symptoms. But as snorvich said once its in the tank everythings infected.

Ok thanks, already new the answer just needed a reality check! All fish have been caught and now trying to figure out all my quarantine crap now.

i guess to be exact... it is 'possible' for only one fish to have ich, and others to not have it or even get it at all... it is the likelihood of that happening that is the problem. and the fact that you can't confirm that the other fish are free from it.
