Can Prepared Paraguard Bath Be Reused?

So I plan on giving a chromis with potential uronema infection a 1 hour bath with Seachem Paraguard (3 mL per gallon dosage) in freshly made saltwater. My main question is whether I should make up a fresh saltwater/paraguard bath each night or can I reuse a bath already made. How long does paraguard last in a saltwater bath? I'm also not treating the QT tank with paraguard because I have dosed it with Prazipro and dont want to combine treatments.

I would start with new water since any saltwater that doesn't have a powerhead or airstone in it will start to smell foul

Thanks. Since a Paraguard dip is similar to a formalin dip, is it wise to add Prime as well in case the fish poops too much and raises the ammonia level? Or is that just for freshwater dips?
