Can sand dollars crash tank by cycling the tank again?

My friend gave me sand dollar for my 75 gallon tank. I placed it in after the cycling process. I know they bury themselves into the sand bed and sift for detritus. However, when they move from place to place in the sand bed, doesn't it disturb the beneficial bacteria living in it? Similar to stirring the sand up with a stick? My question is, would keeping sand dolllars disrupt the beneficial bacteria living in the sand bed ultimately crashing the tank? Should i throw/ give it away ? or should i keep it?
any help would great be appreciated!!:)

It is actually recommended to have something to stir your sandbed. Sand dollars move kind of sideways, I don't think there will be a problem. Do not throw it away, whatever you do!
It may not make it in a 75... They need huge tanks. I'd do some research.
How recently cycled is the tank? That could be an issue... They need mature tanks.
