Can Sea Hares get Ich?

My Hypo had the worse case of Ich that I have ever seen. I was able to nurse him back to health and I have been running UV for about two weeks. A couple of days ago I purchased a Sea Hare to help control an outbreak of HA and I noticed some white specks on him. I can't tell if it is sand or Ich, can Sea Hares get Ich?

I don't think sea hares can host ich.
