Can someone drill me A 1" bulkhead

Wondering if anyone knows were I can go to get A 1" bulkhead
hole drilled in A 20 tall?
I herd their is someone in waukesha that does it cheap,any
idea

hoffers also does it. they make custom sumps, so they might drill for you too. as for joe.
