It's a brittle star, or by old school terms, a starfish. They are harmless and will live under rocks in your tank most of the time. I have several in each of my 3 reef tanks.
It's also possible it could be a young version of a regular brittle star. I have a few that the central disk is 40 to 50 mm and the diameter of the stretched out legs would be about 180mm. They will eat meaty food. I have a couple that will come out when I feed and take a chunk of shrimp off a wooden skewer. They also clean up left overs off the sand.
